STAMP OUT HUNGER FOOD DRIVE
MAY 9, 2015, 2:30-5:30 p.m.
WHAT WE NEED:
Volunteers at the Corte Madera & San Anselmo Post Office locations to unload bags of donated food from Mail Carrier trucks onto SF-Marin Food Bank trucks. Volunteers will also set up lemonade stands & bake sales at each location to raise additional funds for the SF-Marin Food Bank.
HOW & WHY
Need to fulfill community service hours or just want to come help out?
Sign up as an individual or with a friend/group.
RSVP to this email with name, contact information and preferred location.
Up to 8 volunteers and 2 parents/adults will be welcome at each location.
Additional locations may be available if desired.
THE CAUSE:
The Stamp Out Hunger campaign states that "with more than 50 million people facing hunger every day in America, including nearly 17 million children, this drive is one way you can help those in your own city or town who need help."
